From Two Vans To A UAE-Wide Fleet
Chill Cool Transports was built around one frustration: cold-chain cargo booked through a rental desk that treated it like any other van hire — no temperature log, no handling protocol, no guarantee the driver even knew what was in the back. We started with two chiller vans and a simple rule: match the vehicle to the cargo, log the trip, and answer the phone at 2am if that's when the call comes in.
That rule scaled with us — through freezer van for frozen distribution, HACCP-aligned handling for food and pharma clients, and reefer trucks for bulk freight between Emirates. The fleet is bigger now, but the dispatch desk still runs the same way.
